ADULT SMALL GROUPS
Growing and developing our faith is not just for the children. As individuals and as a community, we should never think of ourselves as accomplished or having arrived at our destination, but rather we are always seeking the next step God has for our learning and growth. We have a variety of Sunday Schools, Bible Studies, and other small groups which provide Adults of all ages support and guidance as they continue their Journey of Faith.
1st UMC Small Groups cultivate Biblical knowledge, application, fellowship, accountability and missional engagement in our neighborhood, nation, and the world.
Matthew 28: 18-20; Acts 2: 42-47; Ephesians 2: 8-10; 2 Timothy 3: 16-17

CURRENT STUDY: The Book of Titus
Unpacks the book of Titus. We will be challenged to display the gospel in our lives through doing good. We do good works not to earn God’s favor, but as a result of God’s favor. When the gospel has truly taken root in our lives, it produces the fruit of godliness. As we pass these things on to future generations, the Church stands in bright contrast to the darkness of the world.
