Kingdom Kidz Starts Rotational Sunday School on Sunday Mornings!
 We will be beginning a rotational SS format for our children in kindergarten thru 5th grade on Sun, Jan 10th. The rotational format will allow our children to learn major Bible stories and concepts through kid-friendly multimedia workshops. Examples include storytelling, games, crafts, cooking, science, videos and music. The same Bible story will be taught in all of the workshops for a period of six weeks rotating the kids to a different station each week. The model's philosophy recognizes that kids not only love repetition, but they need it to develop a lasting memory and understanding of the content. The method takes advantage of the student's God-given thirst for multi-modal learning. Rotational SS will be conducted in the Christian Life Center. There will be an opening assembly by the main stage starting at 10:00 am and then the children will move to their stations. Shepherds will take the different age groups (K thru 1st grade, 2nd thru 3rd grade and 4th thru 5th grade) to their designated classes. In January and February, we will "Dig into the Bible." Please keep our directors, teachers, shepherds and children in prayer as we start an exciting new adventure in 2010!
 Christian Life Center (C.L.C.) Now Open.....
Our new Christian Life Center is now open. It is a 21,000 square foot facility that has 7 classrooms (eventually 15), fellowship & gymnasium space and a kitchen. We are excited by our growth and look forward to utilizing this new space.

Services (2nd, 3rd & 4th Sundays) Tuesday • Wednesday • • • • 7:00 PM Refuge Youth & Adult Bible Study CONNECT CONNECT is the name for our Sunday evening Praise & Contemporary Worship service. Normally the services will be at 6:30 pm on the second and fourth Sunday evenings of the month. In February, we will have two services, on Sunday, Feb 14th and Sunday, Feb 28th. There will be a dinner (no charge) at 5:30 pm. The Connection praise band starts playing @ 6:15 pm and the service starts at 6:30 pm. We would love to see you! |
